SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

We ship with couriers GLS, BRT, TNT, UPS, and DHL. centrootticorizzo.com ships throughout Italy (mainland and islands) except for Livigno, free zones, and Vatican City.

2. Shipping Costs Italy (mainland and islands)

STANDARD shipping (2/3 working days): free throughout Italy (mainland and islands) for orders over €48. Otherwise, it costs €5.90. EXPRESS shipping (1/2 working days): free throughout Italy (mainland and islands) for orders over €300. Otherwise, it costs €7 for a total cart value up to €100 and €5.90 for a total cart value up to €299.99. EXPRESS DHL shipping (1/2 working days): always has a fixed cost of €10, regardless of the amount or product.

3. European Shipping (Italy, Switzerland, Greece, and Russia excluded)

Standard shipping costs (3/5 working days) are €5 for orders up to €499.99. For orders over €500, shipping is free. Currently, shipments to Ukraine are suspended. Shipping costs to Switzerland are €25 for orders up to €699.99. For orders over €700, shipping is free. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the buyer. For shipments to Greece, Russia, Guadeloupe, Colombia, Iceland, Brazil, Serbia, and Montenegro, the cost is always €45. For shipments to Corse du Sud, the cost is always €59. For shipments to America, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, and Albania, the cost is €29.90 for orders up to €1000. For orders over €1000, shipping is free. For shipments to Thailand, the cost is always €65. Please note: any customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Time of receiving the order

Once the availability of the ordered products is confirmed, your products are entrusted to the courier within 24/48 hours. The indicated delivery times refer to delivery within mainland Italy and the islands.

5. Product delivery times

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. They do not make deliveries after phone contact or at specific times. You will receive notifications on the status of your shipment via the email provided during the order process or via SMS.

6. What if no one is present to receive the courier at the time of delivery?

If no one is available to receive the courier at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice of their attempt and will contact Centro Ottico Rizzo to inform us that the product is being held at their warehouse. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELIVERY DELAYS DUE TO COURIER STRIKES OR RECIPIENTS BEING UNAVAILABLE/UNKNOWN OR WRONG ADDRESS. Please note that deliveries may be delayed during holiday periods. Centro Ottico Rizzo will instruct the courier to attempt delivery again. For any information, our Customer Service is at your disposal.

7. Days when shipments are not made

Express couriers do not make shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. Additionally, they are not operational on the following dates, which may delay the expected delivery times.
