RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days to request a return through our return service. Once your request is completed and accepted, we will send you the necessary information for returning the product.
Exchanges are not allowed.
You can open a return request for the order you want to return and place a new order for the product you wish to receive.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of product arrival. Returns requested after 30 days from arrival will not be accepted unless the product has defects caused by the manufacturer.
Returns are not possible for personalized products.
You can return the product using our easy return service: the cost of product pick-up by our courier is always €8 (within Italy), which will be deducted from the refund amount. For foreign countries (excluding Italy), the cost of pick-up by our courier is always €15.

If you have placed an order and are unable to open a return request, you can contact us through the 'Contact Us' section in the menu, by email at info@centrootticorizzo.com, or via the Live Chat support service. An operator will respond within 24 hours.
PLEASE ALWAYS PROVIDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND EMAIL TO THE OPERATOR WHO WILL ASSIST YOU.
The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the order (except for cash on delivery payments, which will be refunded via bank transfer after you provide your bank details).
Refund Timings
Once we receive your return request, we will confirm within 48/72 working hours whether it has been accepted (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Afterward, once the product arrives at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality check within 2/3 working days of receipt. If you chose a bank transfer, your details will be forwarded to our administration, which will process the transfer within 3-5 working days after the return process is completed.
Please note that any cash on delivery fees incurred during the order process will not be refunded.
There will be no return costs if the request is made due to a structural defect in the product. Such a defect will be assessed by our quality department only if it is reported within 72 hours of receiving the product.
Return with Voucher
You can return an item without a refund and receive a voucher that can be used without expiration on our website. In this case, the return costs are the same as previously described.
How to Send the Product Back
We offer you the convenience of easily requesting the collection of your product at home or another agreed address by the courier, who will deliver it back to us. Additionally, to make the process even easier, along with the confirmation of the return request acceptance, you will receive an email with all the instructions for properly packaging and shipping the product. Returns sent independently or not handled by the assigned courier will not be accepted unless you communicate with our team in advance.
Return with Cash on Delivery Payment
The return procedure is identical to the others, but in no case will the amount paid for cash on delivery be refunded, as it is an accessory service explicitly requested by the customer during the ordering process.
Dispute Resolution
We always strive to ensure that the customer never experiences issues with their orders or products.
In the exceptional case that this occurs, for disputes related to the sales contract: it is governed by Italian law.
For consumer users, the competent court will be that of the seller's residence or domicile, if located in Italy.
