GENERAL INFORMATION
What are cookies and what are they used for?
A cookie is a text file that a website visited by the user sends to their device (computer, mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet), where it is stored and then retransmitted to that site during the next visit. Cookies are distinguished based on: - The party that installs them, depending on whether it is the operator of the site visited (so-called 'first-party cookies') or a different party (so-called 'third-party cookies'); - The purpose of each cookie: some cookies allow better navigation by storing some user preferences, such as language (so-called 'technical cookies'), while other cookies track user navigation to send advertisements and/or offer services according to their preferences (so-called 'profiling cookies'). Only profiling cookies require the user's prior consent for their use. The Data Controller is responsible only for first-party cookies installed on the Site. In the 'First-party technical cookies' section, you can review the types of first-party technical cookies released by the Site. The management of profiling cookies is described in the 'Third-party profiling cookies' section. However, you can enable/disable cookies through your browser options:

First-party technical cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Site's operation and cannot be disabled. They are typically set in response to actions that constitute a request for services, such as setting your cookie preferences, logging in, or filling out forms, and navigation preferences. The Site releases browsing or session cookies that ensure normal navigation and use of the Site. Technical cookies are also used to allow you to navigate the Site while maintaining your selected choices. The Site Owner also uses 'anonymized' Google Universal Analytics. This means that the cookies released by Google Analytics allow only statistical data analysis, without the possibility of identifying individual users. The Site also uses cookies that store your choice regarding how Products are displayed on the Site. The Data Controller also uses cookies that track the Products viewed by the user during their session on the Site. The Data Controller also uses 'anonymized' Google Analytics 4 (GA4). This means that the cookies released by Google Analytics 4 allow only statistical data analysis, without the possibility of identifying individual users. The Site also releases cookies that document your consent to the release of profiling cookies and the related preferences. These cookies recognize you on subsequent access to the Site so that you are not asked again to consent to the installation of profiling cookies.
Third-party profiling cookies
In the cookie banner that appears when you first access the Site, you can review the profiling cookies released by the Site and express your preferences.
Your rights
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the GDPR, the Data Controller informs you that you have the right to: - Request access to your personal data and the rectification or deletion of such data or the restriction of processing concerning you, or to object to the processing, as well as the right to data portability - Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal - Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., the Data Protection Authority). The rights mentioned above may be exercised by making a request to the contacts provided in the Introduction.
Data disclosure
The Data Controller does not disclose information derived from the use of cookies to third parties.
Data retention

Data from technical cookies is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service related to the specific technical cookie. The user's behavioral data is retained for up to 1 year from the time it is obtained from the related profiling cookie. In any case, the data will be deleted sooner if the user revokes consent.

Facebook social plugins are managed by Facebook Inc., 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, United States. The Facebook plugins are represented by the Facebook logo or the "Like" button that appears on the site's web pages. You can find an overview of Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. These plugins are used for content sharing. To use these plugins, Facebook provides a necessary cookie. When you visit the site's pages that contain the plugin, it establishes a direct connection between the browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thus receives the information that you visited the site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while logged into your Facebook account, the content of the visited site's pages can be linked to your Facebook profile. In this way, Facebook can associate the visit to the site with the user account you are using. If you do not want Facebook to associate this information with your Facebook account, you must log out of your Facebook account before visiting the site. Please note that we are not aware of the content of the data transmitted or how Facebook uses it. The Google plugins are represented by the Google logo, which appears on the site's web pages. When you visit a page of the site that contains a plugin of this type, your browser connects directly to Google's servers. The content of the plugin is directly transmitted by Google to the browser, which then incorporates it into the site. Therefore, we have no control over the data collected by Google through the plugin. If you do not want Google to link your visit to the site's pages to your Google account, you must log out of your Google account before accessing the site. The purpose and scope of the data collection, its subsequent processing and use by Google, as well as your rights and options to protect your privacy, are available in Google's data protection guidelines regarding plugins: www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/

While browsing a site, the user may also receive cookies sent by different websites or web servers (so-called 'third parties'). Cookies can be installed by the same site operator that the user is visiting (referred to as the 'publisher') or by a different site operator that installs cookies through the first one (referred to as 'third parties').
Consent to the use of cookies
When the user first visits the site, they will be informed about the use of cookies through a banner containing a brief notice and will be asked to consent to the use of cookies. By closing the banner, scrolling the page, or clicking any element, the user consents to the use of all cookies.
How to reject cookies
