In addition to the classic design, these glasses integrate advanced functionalities: a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera for photos and videos, an open-ear audio system with two speakers and five microphones for quality calls and recordings, as well as support for voice commands via “Hey Meta” that allows interaction with the Meta AI assistant. The internal memory is 32 GB, sufficient to store hundreds of photos and numerous videos, while the Snapdragon AR1 Gen2 chip ensures quick and smooth processing. In European countries, including Italy, the functions of Meta AI via voice and real-time translation (for English, Italian, French, and Spanish) are available and active. Some advanced features, such as the visual description of what the camera sees (“What you see”), are currently limited to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
