The side flaps in cellulose acetate of the explorer version of Reunion feature thin and sophisticated design slits, inspired by the lines of the trifora of Ottica Bini, the emporium in the suburbs of Asmara belonging to Luca Gnecchi Ruscone's grandfather, Raffaello Bini. L.G.R. sunglasses are entirely handmade in Italy by three families of artisans, who build each frame from start to finish using traditional production methods to create an authentic and refined product.
