The side flaps in cellulose acetate of the explorer version are characterized by thin and sophisticated design slits, inspired by the lines of the trifora of Ottica Bini, the emporium in the suburbs of Asmara of Luca Gnecchi Ruscone's grandfather, Raffaello Bini. L.G.R. glasses are entirely handmade in Italy by three families of artisans, who build each frame from start to finish using traditional manufacturing methods to create an authentic and refined product.
